The Professional E-mail plan

A Professional E-mail plan gives you mailboxes on your own domain — you@yourcompany.ao — without paying for website hosting you don't need.

What each plan includes

1 E-mail Pro — 10 GB of storage, up to 10 mailboxes, 100 messages per hour.
2 E-mail Plus — 30 GB, up to 30 mailboxes, 300 messages per hour.
3 E-mail Ultra — 50 GB, unlimited mailboxes, 500 messages per hour.

All of them include antivirus and spam filtering, unlimited traffic, and webmail access.

Getting started

1 Point your domain to us — see how to configure a domain's DNS. Without this, mail doesn't arrive.
2 Create your mailboxes in cPanel — see how to create an e-mail account.
3 Read your mail in webmail or set it up on your phone and computer — the setup guides cover each app.

What the hourly limit means

The limit on messages per hour is there to stop a compromised mailbox from being used to send spam — which would get the whole server blocklisted. Normal use never comes close. If you send newsletters to large lists, use a dedicated mailing service rather than a mailbox: it's what they're built for, and delivery is better.

Already have hosting with us? Then you already have mailboxes included — this plan is for whoever wants professional e-mail without a website. Ask us before buying both.
