Which hosting plan for an industrial, mining or energy services company: credibility, documents and tenders

The short answer: the site of a company that serves other companies does not need to be big: it needs to be credible, clear and easy to cite. Whoever is assessing a supplier looks for certifications, projects, contacts and downloadable documents. For that, a light site and e-mail on your own domain are enough, and the entry plan will do.
What the site needs
| What | What to do |
| Credibility | Who the company is, what services it provides, projects done (with the clients’ permission), certifications and safety policy. Facts, no adjectives. |
| Documents | Company profile and service sheets as light PDFs, with clear names and a date. Avoid huge files: Disk Usage. |
| Suppliers and tenders | A page that says how a supplier applies, to whom to address it and which documents are asked for, with an e-mail address on the domain. |
| Two languages | Portuguese and English are common in this sector: hreflang and duplicate versions. |
| E-mail on the domain | All contact with clients and suppliers through the company’s domain, not free addresses: Which plan for a small company. |
Getting started

|
| There are scams that use real companies’ names to ask suppliers for “fees” or to divert payments. Say on the site, in plain text, how the company contacts suppliers and that it never asks for payment to enter a tender. Protect the e-mails with SPF, DKIM and DMARC: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. |
| If the site publishes people’s data (team, references), see Personal data protection. For the legal pages, Legal pages. |
