DOMINIOS.AO presents itself as the official store of DNS.ao, the Angolan authority for .AO address registration. It is not a hosting company: since 28 July 2023, new .AO registrations are made only through authorised resellers, and the site continues to handle renewals.

So this is not a like-for-like comparison: it shows where each one fits for anyone who wants a .ao domain and, possibly, a website. Let us go through the points one by one.

It is the official store of the .AO registry: to renew a .ao domain held directly there, it is the official channel.
