Which hosting plan for an event venue, coworking space or hall for rent

The short answer: someone looking for a space wants to see what it is like, know whether it is free and ask for a price. For that, a light site with good photos and a form is enough, and the entry plan will do. The work is in keeping availability right and answering requests quickly.

What weighs, and what does not

Part of the site What to do
Photographs They are the site’s reason to exist. Several per room, in natural light, and a simple floor plan. Shrink them: Image optimisation.
Capacity and rules As text: capacity, hours, what is included (sound, chairs, kitchen), what is not allowed.
Availability A simple calendar, updated by hand, is enough for many. A booking system can be a plugin or an outside service embedded.
Quote request A short form (date, type of event, number of people) and a WhatsApp button: Putting WhatsApp on your site.
How to get there Address as text, directions, parking. See Being found on Google.

How to choose, step by step

1 Start with the entry plan and a site with rooms, prices or “ask for a price”, availability and contact.
2 Answer requests the same day, even if only to say when you will reply in full: people looking for a space contact several.
3 Publish reviews from those who have rented, with permission: Reviews and reputation.
4 Review the plan if you also start selling through the site (tickets, paid bookings): Which plan for bookings with login.
Keep availability true. A calendar that says “free” on a day already booked costs more than having no calendar. If you cannot keep it up, put “ask for availability”.
On the day of a big event the site may get a peak: a light, cached page copes better: Preparing for a traffic spike.
